Role Description
The Articled Assistant will work full-time on-site at our Mumbai office. Responsibilities include assisting in statutory and tax audits, preparing financial statements, handling taxation and compliance matters, managing accounting and bookkeeping activities, and performing research on financial and taxation laws. The role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis and opportunities to develop real-world expertise in the field of chartered accountancy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, GST compliance, and regulatory procedures
- Ability to manage and execute statutory audits and tax audits
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a professional environment
- Pursuing or having completed CA Articleship registration is required
