Position: Article Trainee
Location: Thane
Key Responsibilities:
· Assisting in Statutory, Internal, Bank, ASM, and Forensic Audits
· Preparation and filing of Income Tax, GST, and other Taxation assignments
· Participation in IBC, Insolvency, and Investigation Assignments
· Financial statement preparation, reconciliation, and analysis
· ROC compliances and regulatory filings
· Supporting senior professionals in consultancy and advisory assignments
· Client coordination and documentation management
Skills & Qualifications:
· Pursuing CA Articleship under ICAI
· Strong understanding of Accounting, Taxation, and Audit principles
· Good communication and analytical skills
· Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
· Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment
· Ability to work in teams and manage deadlines efficiently
