Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Articled Assistant based in Noida. The Articled Assistant will be responsible for supporting audits, preparing financial statements, handling statutory compliances, conducting tax returns filing, and assisting with day-to-day accounting activities. Additional responsibilities include researching applicable regulatory frameworks, preparing reports, and contributing to client communication and documentation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and taxation
- Familiarity with auditing procedures and statutory compliance standards
- Proficiency in preparing and filing tax returns
- Strong research and report preparation skills
- Good communication, teamwork, and time management abilities
- Comfortable with relevant accounting and tax software applications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field preferred
- Enrollment in a CA (Chartered Accountant) program is required
