Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Articled Assistant located in Hyderabad. The Articled Assistant will be responsible for supporting audit procedures, preparing financial statements, assisting with tax compliance and return filings, conducting data analysis, and handling other tasks related to accounting and taxation. The role involves collaboration with team members as well as adherence to regulatory and professional standards. Candidates will gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience as part of their professional training.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices
- Familiarity with tax compliance, GST, and income tax-related tasks
- Skills in auditing and internal control assessment
- Proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheet tools, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Enrollment in a Chartered Accountancy program is required
- Basic understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements
- Previous internship experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
