Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Articles, Trainees, Semi-Qualified, and Fresher professionals at S R Dhariwal and Co, located in Mumbai. This role involves assisting in auditing processes, preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and compliance management. Candidates will also participate in client engagements, manage financial data, conduct research for tax and regulatory updates, and collaborate on various accounting and assurance assignments under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Qualifications
- Understanding of and experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation, including filing tax returns and compliance
- Experience or proficiency in Auditing & Assurance practices
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting software
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- CA semi-qualified, CA Inter, or other comparable academic background in accounting fields
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment
