Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Article Trainee role located in Rajkot. The Article Trainee will assist in day-to-day accounting work, including maintaining books of accounts, preparing vouchers, and supporting routine reconciliations. The role involves working on audits under supervision, compiling supporting documents, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports. The trainee will help with tax-related compliance, such as data collection for returns and basic documentation. Responsibilities also include coordinating with senior team members, maintaining organized records, and adhering to professional and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and basic knowledge of auditing and taxation.
- Candidates should possess skills in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and be comfortable working with accounting or ERP software.
- Candidates should possess good analytical abilities, attention to detail, and basic data interpretation skills.
- Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to follow professional instructions.
- Candidates should possess strong time management, organization, and the ability to work responsibly under supervision.
- Enrollment in or completion of a recognized professional accounting program (e.g., CA or equivalent) would be beneficial.
