Role Description The Article Trainee will support the professional services team by assisting with documentation, data entry, and basic research related to company registration, tax filings, compliance, and other business services. Daily tasks include preparing and updating client records, organizing supporting documents, drafting simple reports or summaries, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned work. The role also involves learning standard procedures, following checklists, and maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in handling client information. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket, requiring regular attendance and active participation in office activities.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to draft clear, structured documents and emails.
- Basic understanding of accounting, taxation, or business compliance concepts, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital records and online portals.
- Attention to detail, organized work habits, and the ability to follow processes and deadlines consistently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a professional team and maintain a client-focused, ethical approach.
- Educational background in commerce, finance, law, or a related field (pursuing or completed) is preferred.
- Prior internship or exposure to professional services, CA/CS firms, or compliance work is an advantage but not mandatory.
