Role Description
The Article Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include assisting in accounting, auditing, tax compliance, and financial reporting activities. The trainee will also be involved in statutory audits, internal audits, tax filings, and report preparation. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and in-depth knowledge of professional accounting practices and principles under the guidance of experienced chartered accountants.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting principles
- Skills in Auditing, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance
- Proficiency in the use of MS Excel and Accounting Software
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Enrolled in the Chartered Accountancy course, having completed relevant levels (e.g., IPCC or equivalent)
- Prior internship experience in a related field is a plus but not mandatory
