Position: CA Article Assistant (Fresher)

Skills: Basic & Advanced Excel, GST Knowledge

Key Responsibilities:1. GST-related Work

• Assistance in GST return preparation and filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
• Maintaining and reconciling GST input and output data
• Handling GST registrations, amendments, and refund applications
• Working on GST reconciliation (books vs. portal)
• Ensuring GST compliance and maintaining proper documentation

2. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Recording day-to-day accounting transactions
• Assisting in preparation of Ledgers, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss
• Bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations

3. Audit Assistance

• Support in statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit
• Verification of vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents
• Preparing audit working papers

4. Excel-based Work

• Using Basic & Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIF, IF statements, data validation)
• Data management, analysis, and reporting through Excel
• Preparing MIS reports and financial analysis sheets

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Filing TDS returns and assisting in TDS calculations
• Maintaining compliance calendars for clients
• Assisting seniors in preparing financial reports and tax working files

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Basic & Advanced Excel
• Understanding of GST laws and processes
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Good communication and learning attitude

Educational Requirements:

• CA Inter (appeared/cleared)
• Eligible and registered for Articleship under ICAI
