Role Description
We are looking for highly motivated CA Articleship Trainees who are keen to gain exposure beyond traditional accounting and compliance work. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with founders, investors, and leadership teams on high-impact assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in accounting, auditing, and statutory compliance assignments
- Work on startup advisory engagements, including:
- Financial modelling and projections
- Investment readiness and pitch support
- Due diligence (buy-side and sell-side)
- Support in fundraising transactions and structuring
- Participate in financial analysis and strategic advisory for clients
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports, valuation workings, and presentations
- Work closely with senior team members on client interactions and execution
