Hi there, we’re Article. 👋 Since 2013, we've been creating remarkably better furniture experiences one sofa at a time. We’re now on the hunt for a talented, enthusiastic leader to lead and successfully grow the new expansion of our Patterson, California location. As a Fulfillment Center Manager, you’ll be consistently overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and Drayage operations to ensure we create a “Remarkable Experiences” for our customers and our warehouse team.
Why We Need You:
Patterson is at a turning point. We’re moving past simple growth and into a phase of true evolution. Because of that, we’re looking for a leader who sees the bigger picture. In this role, you aren’t just managing a facility; you’re overseeing the final, most important step of a customer’s journey. For us, a delivery isn’t just a box on a truck—it’s the centerpiece of someone’s home, and we need a leader who treats it with that level of significance.
As we expand our footprint, we need your expertise to scale our operations without losing the soul of our culture. You’ll be the architect of our local growth, balancing the logistics of drayage and fulfillment with the mentorship of a rapidly growing team. We aren't just looking for someone to "run a building"; we’re looking for a partner to optimize our supply chain, drive efficiency, and ensure that every sofa that leaves our dock is a win for the customer.
