Role Description The Article CA – Audit and Accounts role is a full-time on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves assisting in statutory and internal audits, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supporting accounting and compliance activities under relevant regulations and standards. The Article CA will be responsible for performing detailed analytical procedures, documenting audit findings, and maintaining accurate working papers and records. Daily tasks include coordination with team members and clients, gathering and validating financial data, and contributing to process improvements within the audit and accounts function. The position provides structured exposure to audit methodologies, accounting practices, and professional ethics, supporting the candidate’s development toward becoming a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and perform detailed audit and accounting analysis.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients, collaborate with team members, and prepare clear documentation and reports.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance and Financial Statements, including understanding of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and relevant accounting standards.
- Candidates should possess Auditing skills, including familiarity with audit procedures, working papers, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
- Currently pursuing CA (Final) or dropout after completion of articleship.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software; ability to manage deadlines and work with attention to detail.
- Strong professional ethics, willingness to learn, and ability to work on-site in Gurugram as part of a structured, team-based environment.
