About the Role –
This is a dynamic role in the Risk Advisory Team, focusing on Core Internal Audit and related assignments for Mid corporates. Articles will gain exposure to diverse processes and industries, making this an excellent learning opportunity.
Location - Mulund, Mumbai, India (Travel as required to client location)
Requirements –
- Cleared CA Inter (IPCC).
- Strong Interest in Internal Audit / Risk Management.
- Mandatory travel to client places in Mumbai.
- Willingness for occasional travelling for out station audit.
- Capable of working independently while handling multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good academic record, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities –
- Assist in Internal audits, IFC, Process Reviews etc.
- Drafting & Review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Control Matrix etc.
- Participating in due diligence for business mergers or takeovers.
- Conduct data analysis and work on large datasets.
