CA Inter Fresher – Due Diligence Team

Andheri East, Chakala, Mumbai

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Inter candidate to join our Due Diligence team. The role involves assisting in financial, tax, and compliance due diligence assignments for transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and investments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• CA Inter (Both Groups cleared)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Basic understanding of corporate laws and taxation
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Familiarity with financial modeling (basic level)
