Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Article Assistant role located in Bengaluru. The Article Assistant will assist in assurance engagements, tax return preparation, conducting due diligence exercises, banking-related compliance tasks, and information systems audits. The role also involves data analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The candidate will actively participate in audits, and contribute to research and documentation while collaborating with experienced professionals.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Assurance processes, including audit procedures and compliance requirements
- Understanding of Taxation principles, tax filings, and regulatory frameworks
- Skills in Data Analysis, Documentation, and Report Writing
- Ability to conduct Diligence and Banking Compliance tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Information Systems Audit and related technical assessments
- Proficiency with office productivity tools such as MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (articleship under the CA program preferred)
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and auditing principles will be an advantage
