→ Direct mentorship from the Partners
→ Ownership of assignments from start to finish

→ Both groups of CA Intermediate cleared
→ Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts
→ Comfort with MS Excel / spreadsheets
→ Genuine attention to detail
→ Fresh articles only (no transfer cases)
