Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Article Assistant located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with some work from home opportunities. The role involves assisting with audit and assurance assignments, preparing financial reports, conducting research on tax laws and compliance regulations, and supporting accounting functions. The Article Assistant will have exposure to various facets of client engagements and support teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Auditing
- Understanding of Taxation Laws and Compliance Procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software such as Tally or other ERP systems
- Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a team
- Enrolled in or completed CA Articleship Training under ICAI
- Prior experience in assisting with client engagements is a plus
