Role Description
The Article Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The selected candidate will help in audit assignments, assist with corporate consultancy, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support litigation processes related to Income Tax and GST. Responsibilities also include drafting reports, conducting research, preparing financial statements, and providing support for various accounting activities within the firm.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Audit & Assurance principles and ability to support audit processes effectively.
- Knowledge of Income Tax, GST regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and report drafting abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional on-site setting.
- Pursuance of CA (Chartered Accountant) course with completion of Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (ICITSS) or equivalent certifications as per ICAI guidelines is preferable.
