Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Article Assistant role located in Noida. The Article Assistant will handle various tasks, including assisting with audits, preparing financial statements, conducting tax research, preparing and filing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will also be involved in bookkeeping and reconciliation, along with supporting management consulting projects and maintaining client records with accuracy.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in tax compliance and expertise in preparing tax returns (Direct and Indirect Taxes)
- Experience or knowledge of audit processes, including statutory and internal audits
- Familiarity with advanced accounting technology and cloud-based solutions
- Strong research and analytical skills to handle management consulting projects
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; enrollment in CA articleship program will be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
