Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Article Assistant role based in Noida. The Article Assistant will support audit, taxation, under the supervision of senior team members and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in statutory and internal audits, The role also involves supporting indirect tax compliance, helping draft reports and summaries, and conducting basic research on accounting and tax issues. The Article Assistant will coordinate with client teams, maintain proper documentation and records, and adhere to internal quality and professional standards while meeting assignment deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in accounting and auditing principles, with the ability to apply relevant standards and guidelines in practical scenarios.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to work with spreadsheets, prepare schedules, and present data clearly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and clients in a professional manner.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to organize and document work systematically.
- Ability to work in a team, follow guidance from seniors, and manage time across multiple assignments.
- Currently pursuing or completed articleship eligibility under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (or equivalent), with relevant academic background in commerce or finance.
- Willingness to learn, high professional ethics, and openness to taking responsibility in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
