Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Article Assistant. The Article Assistant will assist in corporate compliance, research legal and regulatory frameworks, support audits, and manage filings related to corporate laws, FDI/FEMA, direct and indirect taxation, and trademarks. This role will include reviewing financial documents, preparing reports, and collaborating with senior team members on client engagements to ensure regulatory compliance and deliver high-quality advisory services.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, FDI/FEMA regulations, and legal compliance
- Proficiency in research, analysis, and due diligence processes
- Competence in preparing financial reports, tax filings, and government documentation
- Strong organizational, time management, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, or a related field (or pursuing CA)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience or internships in corporate law or accounting would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently in remote settings, maintaining efficiency and accountability
