Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Article Assistant based in Mumbai. The Article Assistant will assist with auditing processes, financial reporting, tax compliance and other financial documentation. You will get exposure to clients in BFSI sector like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Housing Finance, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, Regulatory Inspections, Due Diligence, IS Audits, etc. The role involves collaborating with senior team members and conducting audits, managing client records, conducting research and preparing presentations. Attention to detail, urge to learn, team-work, a proactive work ethics, and a commitment to professional development are key aspects of the position.
Qualifications
- Completion of both groups of CA Intermediate and availability of both IT & OC certifications
- Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting
- Familiarity with auditing processes, tax compliance, and statutory filings
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Excel and Word
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage work priorities and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with concepts of IND-AS, AS, SA is preferable
