Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Article Assistant, based in Noida. The Article Assistant will assist in audits, GST filing, financial reporting, and compliance activities. Responsibilities also include supporting corporate law advisory, preparing returns, conducting research, and assisting with direct and indirect taxation tasks. The role involves working closely with senior professionals to ensure effective implementation of financial and legal solutions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Auditing and Financial Reporting practices
- Proficiency in GST compliance, filing, and tax-related tasks
- Understanding of Corporate Law and regulatory compliance
- Strong skills in Research, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving
- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
- Proficiency in professional tools such as MS Office and accounting software
- CA aspirants preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
