Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Article Assistant located in Mumbai. The Article Assistant will be responsible for assisting with auditing, tax compliance, and financial reporting tasks. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting clients’ tax filings, conducting research on tax laws and regulations, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Auditing principles and Financial Reporting
- Knowledge of Tax Compliance, including Income Tax, GST, and Corporate Tax
- Proficiency in Accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and documentation
- Strong Analytical, Research, and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal abilities for effective client communication
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines
- Pursuing CA articleship under ICAI regulations
- Prior exposure or internships in an accounting or auditing firm is a plus
