Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India, for an Article Assistant and Semi Qualified CA at ADMS & Co. Responsibilities include assisting in audits and assurance engagements, preparing and filing tax returns, managing statutory and internal compliance, analyzing financial data, and supporting clients in implementing regulatory frameworks. The role also involves drafting financial reports and performing research related to laws, accounting standards, and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing standards
• Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and documentation
• Practical knowledge of compliance processes, statutory filings, and regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with accounting software packages and tools
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple responsibilities
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Candidates pursuing CA qualification, with completion of at least the IPCC/Intermediate level, are preferred
• Previous experience in similar roles or internships is advantageous
