About Artha Group

Artha Group is one of India’s most active venture capital and private equity firms, managing ₹1,250+ crores (USD 150M+) across Artha Venture Fund, Artha Select Fund, Artha Continuum Fund, and Artha Quest Fund. Our investor base includes leading family offices and UHNWIs across India and the global Indian diaspora. We focus on performance, trust, and long-term partnerships with capital allocators across geographies.

Role Overview

We are hiring a high-integrity, high-conviction Vice President – Family Office Relationships to build and deepen capital partnerships with HNIs, family offices, and NRI investors across India and global markets.

Reports to: Head – Family Office Relationships and Managing Partner

This is a performance-linked, high-trust sales role - ideal for someone who understands how long-term capital decisions are made, and has experience selling products that require credibility, access, and follow-through (think private wealth, AIFs, luxury real estate, or private memberships).

You will be responsible for sourcing and converting new investors into our funds, managing relationships across our capital stack, customizing pitches, and ensuring trust and retention post-conversion.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Family Office Relationships and Managing Partner, manage a small analyst team, and play a key role in shaping the next phase of Artha’s LP community.

This is also a path to becoming Head of Family Office Relationships - and eventually building your own capital partnerships team.

What Success Looks Like In This Role

  • Generate repeatable capital inflow from UHNWIs, family offices, and global Indians
  • Close difficult prospects through trust, patience, and follow-through
  • Build a live pipeline and update rhythm with discipline—weekly, monthly, quarterly
  • Anticipate LP concerns and proactively solve for confidence
  • Represent Artha’s values and investment thesis in any room, any city, any format
  • Be associated with reliable, conversion-driven performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of target LPs - across domestic HNIs, NRIs, and institutional family offices
  • Own end-to-end capital conversations: first outreach, qualification, pitching, follow-ups, and conversion
  • Customize decks, narratives, and co-investment proposals to specific LP types
  • Work across Artha's fund vehicles to match investor preferences
  • Maintain CRM rigor, reporting cadence, and lead prioritization
  • Prepare investor updates, retention plans, and re-up strategies
  • Mentor analyst team and help professionalize outreach processes
  • Attend and represent Artha at private wealth conferences, curated events, and family office circles

Candidate Profile

  • 4 - 8 years in fundraising, capital partnerships, private banking, or high-ticket sales
  • Experience with UHNWIs, NRIs, or family offices is a must
  • Proven track record converting leads into long-term capital relationships
  • Exposure to AIFs, VC/PE products, or high-touch financial vehicles
  • Excellent communication, objection handling, and written presentation skills
  • Background in asset management, wealth structuring, or bespoke investments is preferred
  • Existing network in wealth hubs like Mumbai, Delhi, Dubai, Singapore, or London
  • Experience managing teams or mentoring juniors in a capital-raising role

Compensation Structure

  • ₹20,00,000 fixed annual salary (paid monthly)
  • ₹3,25,000 confirmed retention bonus (paid annually)
  • ₹3,25,000 in ESOPs (subject to vesting as per policy)
  • Fundraising commission based on capital raised
  • Performance bonuses tied to quarterly/annual KPIs
  • Carry participation (disclosed at final interview stage)

Note: ₹23.25L is the guaranteed annual payout. ESOPs are not included in fixed compensation and are subject to standard vesting terms. We do not negotiate base salary - performance is the only lever for increased payout.
