<li>Hourly Pay Rate</li>
<li>Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health Insurance - 100% Company paid over 35 hrs/week</li>
<li>Delta Dental/Vision Insurance - 100% Company Paid over 35 hrs/week</li>
<li>IRA Match up to 3%</li>
<li>Paid Time Off - 15 days annually. Prorated in first year based on start date.</li>
