Job Title: Technical Recruiter/ Sr Technical Recruiter Location: Noida (Sec-62)/ Bangalore (Electronic City-1) Terms: Permanent Employment Work mode: Work From Office Requirements: Must be from C2H/ Contract staffing background with IT hiring experience & exposure in hiring for SAP, Java/ Python positions is an added advantage. Role & responsibilities * Experience in end-to-end IT Recruitment. * Understanding the JD and sourcing the candidates through various channels (Job portals/ References) * Interviewing candidates to check for their communication skills, technical skills as per clients needs & their suitability * Coordinating with the clients to get the requirements and following up with them for the feedback of the processed profiles. * Scheduling telephonic and F2F interviews for the short-listed candidates * Salary negotiations and fixation of the selected candidates * Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database Preferred candidate profile * Experience: Min 2+ Years into C2H Recruitment * Strong Experience in using Job portal (Naukri/Monster/ LinkedIn) * Excellent communication skills * Confidence * High energy levels * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity. * Experience with any Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) tool Perks and benefits * Structured training and mentorship in domestic IT recruitment. * Exposure to a wide range of IT hiring needs and client requirements. * Competitive fixed salary + incentives based on performance. * Supportive team culture and long-term career growth opportunities.
