Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Art Teacher at Vidya Pratishthans School of Architecture, located in the Pune Division. The Art Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering lesson plans, developing art-specific curricula, and teaching art techniques and theoretical concepts. They will guide students in enhancing their creative and artistic abilities, with a particular focus on painting and other forms of artistic expression. Collaboration with faculty members to integrate art into architectural education is also expected.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to effectively structure and deliver educational content
- Strong skills in Teaching and Art Education to inspire and nurture student creativity
- Expertise in Painting and other forms of artistic expression
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective instruction and collaboration
- A degree or certification in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field is highly preferred
- Previous teaching experience in the field of art or design is an advantage
