Art Educator (Studio – Ahmedabad-"Bopal")

The AJF Arts Studiozzz, an initiative of Art Journal Foundation, is looking for a passionate and committed Art Educator to join our studio in Ahmedabad.

This role goes beyond traditional art teaching. We are seeking an educator who can help learners think, observe, and create, rather than simply copy.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct art sessions for students across age groups (primary to senior levels)
• Guide students in developing creative thinking, observation, and expression through art
• Plan and deliver structured sessions based on AJF’s learning approach
• Support students in building confidence and original ideas
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging studio environment
• Provide individual attention and constructive feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (BFA)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to work with children and young learners
• Willingness to align with a thinking-based art teaching approach
