As an Arts Research Intern, you'll support Rooftop's mission to redefine how people engage with art. You'll work closely with our content and curation teams — researching art forms, building knowledge resources, and helping shape experiences that reach learners and art lovers worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth research on art forms, artists, movements, and cultural heritage to support courses, workshops, and exhibitions
- Track developments and trends in the art world — regional and global
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging course and book materials, lesson notes, and supplemental resources
- Assist in the curation and organisation of exhibitions, events, and workshops
- Contribute art-related content for blog posts, social media, and marketing materials
- Analyse participant feedback to help improve the quality of our art experiences, courses, books, exhibitions
You'd be a great fit if you
- Have a background in art history, visual culture, or a related field
- Are genuinely curious and obsessively detail-oriented
- Write clearly, engagingly, and without jargon
- Are comfortable working independently on deadlines
- Are based in Mumbai
