Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid role for an Art Painter based in New Delhi, with flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Art Painter will be responsible for creating original artistic works, painting surfaces as per project specifications, preparing surfaces with appropriate coatings, and utilizing various techniques such as spray painting and decorative finishes. The first project will involve painting a complex artwork on a car bonnet. The role may involve collaborating with clients or team members to deliver high-quality, aesthetically pleasing results that align with project visions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in painting techniques, including traditional painting, spray painting, and decorative painting
- Expertise in applying coatings and finishes to various surfaces
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in artistic execution
- Ability to plan and manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model (on-site in New Delhi with some remote work) and adapt to changing requirements
- Previous experience in art or decorative painting roles is preferred
- Passion for art and sustainability is a strong plus
