Role Overview
The Art Lead drives visual quality and execution excellence, especially for high-impact and campaign-led work across both design and video formats.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead execution for key campaigns and premium content
* Ensure high-quality output across both static design and video content
* Solve complex design and video-related challenges
* Maintain visual consistency across all brand outputs
* Guide and mentor Art Executives
* Collaborate with Copy and Key Account Executives for cohesive storytelling

* Strong expertise in both design and video creation/editing
* Advanced understanding of visual storytelling
* Ability to handle complex, high-stakes projects
