Role Description
In this full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, the Art Director/Creative Head will lead the creative vision and execution of projects. Responsibilities include overseeing creative direction, branding strategies, and art direction, as well as managing the graphic design process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative outputs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to craft visually compelling designs, campaigns, and branding materials is integral to this position.
Qualifications
- Experience in Creative Direction and Art Direction to conceptualize and oversee unique creative projects.
- Expertise in Branding and Graphics to develop consistent brand identity and impactful visual elements.
- Skills in Graphic Design and a strong understanding of design tools and software to produce high-quality creative outputs.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working in a design agency or a creative role is a plus.
