Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Art Director to lead concept and visual
direction for digital campaigns across luxury jewelry brands. This role requires balancing
premium brand aesthetics with performance marketing goals while driving high-quality
creative output across platforms.
Ideal Experience: 8–10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop campaign concepts and visual territories for paid media and digital campaigns
- Translate briefs into multiple creative and testable design directions
- Work closely with copy, media, and marketing teams to create high-performing creatives
- Ensure luxury tonality and premium visual consistency across all outputs
- Guide execution teams on layouts, typography, hierarchy, and composition
- Review and approve creatives before client sharing and campaign deployment
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation
- Stay updated on design trends, platform innovations, and emerging creative formats
- Ensure timely execution and delivery across multiple campaigns and projects
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong portfolio across fashion, jewelry, beauty, or luxury brands
- Excellent understanding of Meta, Google, and digital ad formats
- Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to think across multiple creative variations and campaign directions
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage feedback, timelines, and multiple stakeholders effectively
Good to Have:
- Experience working on performance marketing campaigns
- Understanding of CTR, engagement, and conversion-focused creative strategies
- Knowledge of luxury consumer behaviour and aesthetics
- Ability to mentor and guide junior designers and execution teams
- Awareness of evolving digital design and content trends
