Role Description
We are seeking a creative and strategic Art Director to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Mumbai office. The Art Director will oversee the visual direction and execution of projects, collaborate with creative teams, and manage the creation of compelling and innovative designs across various mediums. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing ideas, leading creative teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring all projects align with the brand vision and meet high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Visual Design, Graphic Design, and Branding
- Experience in Creative Direction and Art Direction
- Proficiency in Concept Development and Storyboarding
- Expertise in industry-standard Digital Design Tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Project Management and Team Leadership skills
- An ability to communicate and present creative ideas effectively
- Understanding of current design trends and techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Prior experience in the events, media, or content industries is a plus
