About the Role
We are looking for an Art Director who is creatively strong, conceptually sharp, and deeply passionate about visual craft. This role is ideal for someone who can transform ideas into compelling visual executions across campaigns, branding, social content, motion, digital experiences, and emerging creative formats.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for design, storytelling, composition, typography, and visual consistency while understanding how modern brands communicate across culture, digital platforms, and social-first environments.
We are particularly looking for someone who actively integrates modern AI tools and AI-assisted workflows into their creative process β not as shortcuts, but as tools to accelerate ideation, improve exploration, prototype faster, and enhance creative output.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong visual concepts and campaign directions
- Translate ideas into high-quality visual executions across multiple mediums
- Work across integrated campaigns, social content, branding systems, motion-led ideas, presentations, and digital experiences
- Maintain a consistently high level of visual craft and creative quality
- Contribute to pitches, campaign ideation, and creative development across brands
- Explore emerging creative technologies, AI workflows, and modern creative tools
- Bring fresh visual references, trends, and culturally relevant ideas into the creative process
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, content, and production teams

- Strong conceptual and campaign-thinking ability
- Excellent visual taste and strong attention to detail
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, storytelling, composition, and design craft
- Ability to create fresh, thoughtful, and culturally relevant work
- Experience working across multiple touchpoints and formats including:
- Campaign key visuals
- Brand systems
- Social content
- Motion graphics
- Digital campaigns
- Presentations and pitch decks
- Understanding of modern advertising, design trends, internet culture, and social-first communication
- Proactive, collaborative, curious, and creatively driven mindset
- Strong interest in AI-assisted creative workflows and evolving creative technologies
AI & Creative Workflow Experience
We value candidates who actively use AI tools within their day-to-day creative workflow, including:
- AI-assisted ideation and moodboarding
- Image and video generation workflows
- Rapid concept visualization and prototyping
- Motion experimentation
- Creative automation workflows
- Hybrid workflows combining traditional craft with AI capabilities
The focus is not simply on using tools β but on how creatively and intelligently they are applied to improve thinking, craft, and execution.
Experience Required
- 3β6 years of experience in an advertising, branding, or creative agency environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual craft, and versatility across formats
- Ability to manage multiple brands in a fast-paced creative environment
