Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Art Director with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, the ability to translate creative ideas into compelling designs, and experience working in advertising or creative agencies. This role requires someone who can collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and the broader creative team to deliver high-quality campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns, branding, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with copywriters and the creative team to bring ideas to life.
- Design and oversee visual elements for print, digital, and social media campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Present creative ideas and concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a designer or art director, preferably in advertising/creative agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, design work, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Understanding of branding, typography, layout, and digital design principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think conceptually and execute ideas effectively.
