Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in *Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Fine Arts / Applied Arts.
Experience: 3–6 Years (Advertising Agency / Pharma Advertising / Healthcare Communication)
Salary: max. upto 60k/month (7.20 LPA) : As per industry standards (based on experience)
Working Days: Mon. To Fri.
Working Time: 11am to 8pm
Job Summary
We are looking for a *creative and experienced Art Director* for our Pharma Advertising Agency. The candidate will be responsible for developing *creative visual concepts and designs for pharmaceutical brands*, ensuring that all promotional materials are visually engaging and aligned with the brand strategy and medical communication guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop *Visual Aids (VA)* for pharmaceutical brand promotions.
* Create *Leave Behind Literature (LBL)* designs for doctors and healthcare professionals.
* Develop *creative concepts and layouts* for pharma promotional campaigns.
* Design *brochures, product monographs, newsletters, posters, and marketing materials*.
* Work on *digital creative for social media, websites, mailers, and online campaigns*.
* Collaborate with *medical writers, copywriters, and client servicing teams* to create impactful campaigns.
* Ensure all creative follow *pharma compliance and brand guidelines*.
* Supervise and guide *graphic designers or junior creative team members*.
* Maintain high *design quality, creativity, and consistency* across projects.
Required Skills
* Strong skills in *Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)*.
* Experience designing *VA, LBL, brochures, and pharma marketing materials*.
* Strong *conceptual thinking and creative design skills*.
* Good understanding of *pharma marketing and doctor communication materials*.
* Ability to work under *tight deadlines and multiple projects*.
Preferred Experience
* Experience working with *pharma clients or healthcare brands*.
* Knowledge of *print production and digital design*.
