The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs and engaging motion content aligned with brand and digital communication objectives. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, technical expertise, and an understanding of current digital and social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual assets using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Develop motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects
- Create and edit AI-enabled video content and explore emerging creative tools and technologies
- Translate concepts and briefs into effective, visually engaging digital content
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital and social media content
- Contribute ideas to enhance content effectiveness and audience engagement
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or digital content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of digital content formats, especially for social media platforms
- Familiarity with AI-based creative tools and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
