Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Art Director to lead the visual direction of our creative projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, the ability to manage creative teams, and experience developing compelling visual concepts across multiple platforms. This role involves guiding the creative process from concept to execution while ensuring all visual output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the visual direction for creative projects across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
- Develop and maintain brand identity and visual standards.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, advertisements, and visual storytelling.
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics before final production.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.
- Guide and mentor graphic designers, illustrators, and junior creatives.
- Provide constructive feedback and oversee creative development.
- Present creative concepts and visual strategies to clients or stakeholders.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns and design leadership.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- 7–10 years of professional experience
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
