We're Hiring: Art Director | Inboon Media
We're looking for a highly creative, conceptually sharp Art Director to lead our creative team at Inboon Media. You'll own the visual direction of brand campaigns, mentor a talented design team, and deliver best-in-class creatives across digital, print, and social channels — all while keeping the work bold, on-brand, and strategically grounded.
📍 Location: Kerala, India | Full-time
⏳ Experience: 5+ years in an advertising agency
💰 Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead visual concept and design direction for integrated advertising campaigns across print, digital, OOH, and social media.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to translate briefs into compelling creative ideas.
• Oversee and mentor junior designers and visualisers.
• Present creative concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain brand identities across multiple client accounts.
• Review and approve all visual outputs before client delivery.
• Coordinate with production vendors, photographers, and video directors.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Stay ahead of design trends and advocate for innovation within the team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a reputed advertising/creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and versatile execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion/video tools.
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Proven experience handling campaign production end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Motion graphics knowledge (After Effects / Premiere Pro) is a strong plus.
