Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Central Delhi for an Art Director. The Art Director will oversee and guide creative direction, ensuring the visual identity of projects aligns with client objectives. Responsibilities include leading the creative process, managing branding efforts, supervising art and graphic design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality campaigns and visuals. The role demands hands-on involvement in conceptualizing and execution of creative projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Creative Direction and Art Direction, with a proven track record in managing creative projects.
- Strong experience in Branding and developing cohesive brand identities.
- Expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with knowledge of relevant tools and software.
- Ability to lead creative teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in the advertising or communication industry is a plus.
- An innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box in a dynamic environment.
