Project Based Work and Planning
- Client Meetings: Discuss new project briefs and goals, understand client requirements, target audience, and timelines.
- Market Research: Analyse current design trends and competitor designs, identify target audience preferences.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans and timelines, allocate resources and delegate tasks.
Monthly SOCIAL MEDIA CALENDAR – Retainer Client
- Meetings: Discuss new campaign briefs and goals, understand client requirements, target audience, and timelines – based on previous months performance of Social Media assets
- Market Research: Analyse current design trends and competitor designs, identify target audience preferences or new approaches
- Maintaining 1 month advance calendar of social media - detailed calendar and timelines, allocate resources and delegate tasks.
Design Conceptualization and Development
- Brainstorming Sessions: Collaborate with junior designers and team members to generate ideas.
- Initial Sketches and Mood Boards: Create rough sketches and draft initial design concepts, develop and present mood boards to clients for approval.
- Design Iterations: Refine designs based on client feedback and create multiple iterations.
Reviews and Feedback
- Internal Reviews: Conduct reviews with the creative director and senior team members, implement suggestions from internal reviews.
- Client Presentations and Updates: Present design concepts to clients and gather feedback, provide regular updates and incorporate client feedback.
- Quality Checks: Ensure designs are consistent, accurate, and meet project requirements.
Finalization and Production
- Design Finalization: Finalize all design elements, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.
- File Preparation and Delivery: Prepare final files for print, web, or other media formats, deliver final files to clients or upload to necessary platforms.
- Production Coordination: Work with production teams or external vendors to ensure proper execution.
- Client Approval: Obtain final approval from clients and make any necessary adjustments.
- Team Approval – Oversee and review clients work done by the team
Professional Development and Administrative Tasks
- Workshops and Webinars: Attend industry events, workshops, and webinars for skill enhancement.
- Portfolio Updates: Update personal and agency portfolios with recent work, share completed projects on social media and professional networks.
- Administrative Tasks: Update/maintain productivity tools like ASANA, Clickup or any other planning tools to record progress, update, completion on daily basis covering - maintain records of project details, communications, and design assets.
- Mentoring and Team Collaboration: Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, participate in creative brainstorming sessions and team projects.
- Know-how of latest tools / techniques to improve efficiency in design
