Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Art Director role based in Hyderabad. The Art Director will oversee creative direction and art direction for various projects, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and objectives. Responsibilities include managing graphic design and branding initiatives, concepting and executing innovative visual content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality creative outputs that engage target audiences. The Art Director will also play a pivotal role in mentoring and inspiring the design team to produce impactful and cohesive designs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Creative Direction, Art Direction, and Branding to develop and guide compelling visual campaigns.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Experience in managing design teams, collaborating across departments, and delivering high-quality creative projects within deadlines.
- Strong understanding of design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively present ideas and provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an agency or in-house team is a plus.
