Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Art Director role based in Model Town. The Art Director will be responsible for leading creative vision and execution across a variety of visual projects, ensuring alignment with brand goals and communication strategies. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs, collaborating closely with the creative and strategy teams, guiding graphic designers, and providing creative direction for campaigns. The Art Director will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, innovative, and impactful visual communications for Adfactors PR and its clients.
Qualifications
- Expertise in graphic design, layout design, and creative direction.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong conceptualization skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Experience with branding, visual storytelling, and campaign conceptualization.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams and guide designers.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects with deadlines.
- Ability to stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative techniques into creative projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in the public relations or marketing industry is an added advantage.
