About the Role:
We’re looking for a mid-level Art Director (4–6 years experience) to lead and execute compelling visual storytelling across campaigns, brand identities, and digital content.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and take ownership of a key account in the entertainment space (national TV channel vertical).
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, creatively strong, and ready to step into leadership responsibilities without being at a senior/Creative Director level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts, campaigns, and brand systems
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Lead visual direction while staying hands-on with design execution
- Present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Deliver high-quality work within timelines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in design (agency experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, branding, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of projects
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and current design trends

Compensation:
₹6–9 LPA, depending on experience and skillset
Additional Information:
- This is a mid-level role — not suitable for senior candidates (8+ years experience)
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a creative assessment assignment
