Role Description
The ART/Craft / Painting Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging art lessons to students of different grade levels, fostering creativity, and helping them develop their artistic skills. Day-to-day tasks include instructing students in various art techniques, such as painting, drawing, and crafting, as well as organizing art exhibitions and managing classroom supplies and materials. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bilara.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in artistic techniques including Painting and Paint (e.g., acrylic, watercolor, oil painting).
- Experience or knowledge in advanced methods such as Spray Painting and Coatings application.
- Skills in Painting and Decorating projects with creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent ability to instruct and motivate students, adapt teaching methods to skill levels, and foster a positive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills for managing activities and maintaining art supplies.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience teaching art, craft, or painting is highly desirable.
- Passion for art education and commitment to nurturing students' creative abilities.
