Arrowhead is seeking a talented Senior Technical Lead (Backend + ML) to join our Bangalore-based team in Indiranagar. In this role, you’ll lead backend development and machine learning initiatives, working on high-impact projects that leverage cutting-edge technology. We offer competitive compensation in the range of 50 to 75 LPA, depending on your experience and expertise, along with significant ESOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership: Lead and manage backend and machine learning teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
2. Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust backend systems to support various applications and services.
3. Machine Learning Integration: Drive the development and integration of machine learning models into our products and services.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to align on goals and deliver innovative solutions.
5. Optimization: Optimize system performance, scalability, and security, ensuring smooth operations in production environments.
6. Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and technical excellence.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in backend development, with a strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and databases.
2. Expertise in machine learning and experience deploying models in production environments.
3. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java, and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
4. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems.
