Salesforce Senior Functional Analyst

As a Salesforce Senior Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of our internal and external customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, document process flows, and develop tailored Salesforce applications. Key responsibilities include: - Gather and analyze business requirements to design Salesforce solutions - Configure and customize Salesforce features and functionality to meet specific business needs - Develop and implement Salesforce applications, reports, dashboards, and integrations - Provide ongoing Salesforce support and training to end-users - Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability - Participate in Agile/Scrum project management processes - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices
